Czislowski

Andrew was born in Toowoomba but shortly afterwards his parents moved West. Andrew and his two brothers were raised on properties in the Bulloo and Quilpie Shires.

Andrew spent his teenage years between boarding school in Toowoomba and the bush. Once he completed school, he undertook a boilermaker apprenticeship with the Bulloo Shire Council, in Thargomindah. Andrew traveled around Australia working as a boilermaker in agricultural, oil and gas and construction industries until he founded Bryce Engineering & Construction here in Toowoomba in 2014.

He has built a successful business supplying a wide variety of services to the agricultural and construction industries which he backs with his years of knowledge and experience.

Alex

Czislowski

Alex is originally from Belgium. She traveled to Australia in 2012 - for what was supposed to be a one year trip - and hasn’t looked back since.

A true love for horses and polocrosse, she traveled West to seek further opportunities and met Andrew in the small town of Thargomindah.

Alex decided to leave her job with Council as a procurement officer in 2018 and jumped on board the family business to help with all aspects of administrative duties.

The pair got married in 2019 and welcomed their first child, a son named Hamilton, in May of 2021.
